All learner data is collected with parent/guardian consent. Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data at any time by contacting us at lumioadmin@gmail.com.

We do not sell your data. We may share information with:
- Payment processors (billing only)
- Communication platforms (WhatsApp, email) for session notifications
- Service providers bound by confidentiality agreements
Some of these service providers (such as our website hosting, database, and email providers) may process or store your information on secure servers located outside South Africa. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected to a standard consistent with POPIA.
